Cancellation Policy
As part of our studio policy, deposits for sessions are generally non-refundable due to the time reserved exclusively for your booking. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. Please note that if a session is missed without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited to cover the time reserved. Additionally, if you did not pay a deposit for the missed session, a deposit will now be required to cover the time that was reserved for that missed session. Should you wish to book a future session, a new deposit will also be required. We encourage our clients to provide at least 24-hour notice if they are unable to attend, to avoid any additional charges and to make rescheduling easier.
